Lipstick and Hessian [poster]

‘Lipstick and Hessian’ is a play written, directed and starring Jo Morris.

It ran for successive weeks at the Blue Room theatre in Northbridge.

The play was based on Jo’s family history and pays tribute to the roles that the women played in the Morris clan.

It takes place during the time of World Wars 1 and 2, so the theme of the poster pays homage to the propaganda posters of that era.
